Los ingleses dicen Alex hasn´t got a cap.
Los americanos dicen Alex doesn´t have a cap.
Las dos oraciones son correctas pero si dice. Alex has got a cap se tiene que negar diciendo: Alex hasn´t got a cap.
De la misma manera si dice: Alex has a cap se niega diciendo Alex doesn´t have a cap.
