Food in art! adapted from "Big Surprise 4"

 Hi, read about paintings of food and drink. In which painting can you see: ¡Hola, lee acerca de las pinturas de comidas y bebidas. ¿En qué pinturas podés ver:

Painting 1

This painting is called The Bean Eater. 

It´s by the Italian artist Annibale Carracci. There´s a man at a table-he´s the bean eater in the title. There´s some bread, a bowl, a plate and a jug on the table. There´s some bean soup in the bowl. There´s some wine in the jug and there´s some meat on the plate. 

Painting 2

This painting is called The Village Girl.                                              It´s by the Mexican artist José Agustín Ärrieta. There´s a woman in the picture-she´s the village girl in the title. She has got a large plate in her hands. There´s some roast meat on the plate and there´s some salad under the meat. 

Painting 3

This painting is called Still Life with Lemons, Oranges and a Rose. 

It is by the Spanish artist Francisco de Zurbarán. There is a plate with lemons, a basket of oranges and a cup and a rose on a plate. All these objects are on a table.
